Just to add some info:
in th demo system online, I create the PO #6

and these are the transactions
http://www.weberp.org/weberp/GLTransInquiry.php?TypeID=20&TransNo=6

are those fine? according to me the Short-Term Loan
has to have the sum of the other 3, is that right?

Whoops yes you are right - although short term loan payable is a strange GL
account to post creditors to! People mess with the demo GL accounts I guess.
This looks like a bug though since the journal just doesn't balance. I will
have to fix and do a new release. This is quite a bad one.
